Account and community data
We store your email address, password hash, name, session records, and content you submit. Passwords are hashed. Cookies maintain your account session.
Analytics and retention
We count listing and sponsorship impressions and outbound clicks without storing review text or email addresses in analytics. Deleting an account removes sessions, roles, votes, bookmarks, and ownership links. Published contributions may remain with attribution removed to preserve directory context.
Contact and service configuration
Contact messages and newsletter addresses are retained for operational use. Production email delivery and persistent media hosting require configuration. Optional analytics must be configured and covered by a consent policy before activation.
