About BankPilot.eu

Meet BankPilot, your smart assistant for keeping track of the money coming in and going out. BankPilot automatically monitors your recurring payments and helps you spot missing, late or unexpected transactions before they become a problem. Whether you are a landlord checking rent payments, a business owner tracking invoices, or simply someone who wants better control over recurring income and expenses, BankPilot takes the manual work off your hands. Our first and strongest focus is landlords. Managing a few rental properties is easy enough, but once you have multiple tenants, checking every bank transaction against rent payments quickly becomes a tedious monthly routine. In 2026, going through Excel spreadsheets, lists, and online banking every month just to find out who has paid is simply old school. With BankPilot, you connect your bank account securely, set up the payments you expect, and let the system do the monitoring for you. You can create your own rules or let AI help you set them up. BankPilot can track rent, invoices, salaries, subscriptions, direct debits, and other recurring transactions, then automatically identify whether payments arrive on time and in the expected amount. If something is missing, late or doesn't match your rules, BankPilot lets you know. No constant account checking. No spreadsheets. We are building BankPilot with one ambitious goal: to become Europe's leading payment monitoring platform for recurring income and expenses. We are starting where the problem is especially clear: with landlords and property owners who want a simple, affordable way to stay on top of their rental income. From there, the same technology can help anyone who regularly needs to know whether money has arrived or whether an expected payment is missing. And the big bonus: AI-Powered Banking with MCP: Your bank account connected to AI. BankPilot goes beyond its own dashboard. With our MCP integration, BankPilot can connect with ChatGPT and other AI-powered interfaces, giving you a completely new way to interact with your bank account. Ask AI which rents have been paid, which payments are overdue, what came in this month, where money went or whether something looks unusual. Instead of searching through transactions yourself, let AI find the answer for you. BankPilot provides the secure bridge between your bank account and the AI layer. You get the power of your financial data. So, connect your account, set your rules and let BankPilot do the reset. We believe this is where banking is heading: from clicking through financial interfaces to simply let your money talk. A startup from Cologne, Germany that is founded by two tech‑driven & passionate entrepreneurs: Christopher Krause and Cosmin Novac.
