About BetterKnocks

One central hub for D2D (Door to door) fields reps to manage their sales and their teams to easily track territories and points of interest, allocate zones, designate routes and manage entire fields sales operations and automations in one powerful software. Most D2D software is either a pin-on-a-map canvassing app or a desk CRM that was never designed for a street. Managers then live in spreadsheets, group chats, and end-of-day rollups, while reps guess the next door. BetterKnocks is built for that daily rhythm instead: coverage you can assign, knocks you can audit, and a pipeline that moves when a rep taps a disposition at the door. ## Who it is for BetterKnocks is for people who run crews on routes in the field. The product, the pitch, and the day are the same across industries. Territories shift. Reps need the next street. Managers need knock-by-knock visibility before the day ends. The platform is built for: Solar. Assign canvassing zones, track sit-downs and closes, and report production by crew. Solar teams live on appointments set at the door and on close rates by neighborhood. BetterKnocks keeps the zone, the sit-down, and the close in one record instead of a map app plus a spreadsheet plus a CRM. Pest control. Run door routes with disposition logging, callbacks, and territory coverage audits. Pest routes repeat. The value is knowing which doors were hit, which need a callback window, and which streets were skipped, without waiting for a paper sheet at 6pm. Security. Coordinate reps across neighborhoods with lead stages and manager oversight. Alarm and security canvassing is a volume game with strict DNC and access rules. Stages, assignments, and do-not-knock pins sit next to the route so a crew does not double-knock a house or ignore a posted sign. Telecom. Manage fiber and cable canvassing with address-level knock history and rep accountability. Fiber drops and cable upgrades are address work. History at the door (who knocked, what they said, when to return) is the difference between a clean pass and a wasted afternoon. Home services. Quote at the door, log outcomes, and keep HVAC, plumbing, and repair crews aligned. Home services teams sell and schedule in the same motion. A quote, a callback, and a booked slot should not live in three tools. Roofing. Storm canvassing, inspection scheduling, and territory performance in one workspace. After a storm the map changes overnight. Crews need zones, inspection appointments, and production by area without rebuilding the board every morning. If your team draws turf, knocks doors, sets sits, and reports by crew, this is the workspace. Different products, same operating system. ## The problem it replaces Door-to-door work falls apart in the gaps between tools. Coverage lives in a PDF. Knocks live in a group chat. Leads live in a CRM that a rep will not open between houses. The manager finds out at night who actually worked the route. The rep cannot see yesterday's notes while standing on the porch. Two people knock the same street. A hot lead dies because the callback window was in someone's head. BetterKnocks holds leads, routes, and results in one workspace so the field and the office share the same picture. Managers run coverage on a laptop. Reps log knocks on a phone. The lead stage updates from the result, not from a recap meeting.
